Deliciously sweet and spicy salsa. Serve it with chips or top a chicken breast, burger or black bean veggie burger with a generous spoonful.
1 Mango
1/4 Diced red onion
1 tsp honey
3 TB chopped cilantro
1/2 Jalapeno
1. Cut the mango by finding the stem and cutting down each side, steering clear of the flat seed in the middle. Then cube the flesh in each side and scoop out the fruit with a spoon. Use a paring knife to cut out any other part of the fruit from around the seed.
2. Add mango to a bowl with the diced onion, cilantro, jalapeno and honey. Stir and serve!
